Article Processing Charges

Jurnal Pengolahan Pangan does not charge any submission fees. Authors can submit their manuscripts free of charge.

However, once a manuscript is accepted for publication after the peer-review process, authors are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 400,000 (four hundred thousand rupiah).

This fee covers the costs of journal management, peer review administration, copy editing, typesetting, and online publication. Payment instructions will be sent to the corresponding author after the acceptance notification.

There are no additional charges for color figures or supplementary materials.
